Course Description
CAD Manager's Workshop
Length: 1 Day
Prerequisite: Working Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Description: This six-hour workshop provides critical insight into such topics as operator hiring, staff management and CAD related operational budgets while establishing working relationships with senior management via reports and communication. Learn how to define and/or streamline the workflow and control of engineering data throughout the organization. CAD Managers require the proper authority to make decisions in order to expedite and get the job done. These issues are key to the job position which is why this first workshop is a prerequisite for the other three workshops.
