To better the serve the Kansas City area, D3 has added an additional training center along with two new members, Daryl Price and Curtis Waguespack. With these new members and state-of-theart training center, D3 in Kansas City can continue to thrive in the MCAD market in the area, providing clients with complete solutions to their software and industry applications, and supplying high quality training courses on the software.
Daryl Price is no newcomer to the area of Sales. As a graduate of Ottawa University in Kansas, Daryl received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Sales. Most impressively, he has 14 years of experience in outside sales and sales management, eight of those years spent with American Marketing Systems in Lenexa, KS. Excited about joining Team D3, Daryl states that, “D3’s focus on getting to the customer’s method of use with Autodesk products really allows them to emphasize key training or software tools than can improve the customer’s bottom line. This is a true solutions development approach to a region (Kansas City) that has really not been informed of the many tools and enhancements that can improve customer’s bottleneck issues.” Daryl’s enthusiasm and background with excellent customer service make him a valuable asset to the Team D3 workforce.
Curtis Waguespack, Application Engineer for Team D3 in Kansas City, has exceptional experience in the area of engineering and manufacturing design. He is familiar with AutoCAD versions R14 through 2006 in addition to AutoCAD Mechanical. Curtis is also comfortable supporting add-on programs for AutoCAD based in AutoLISP and Visual Basic for Applications. With his extensive experience in manufacturing 2D and 3D part design in aluminum, steel, and plastics, he can assist clients in using and customizing their manufacturing software. Curtis’ work experience with companies such as Pullman Power, Duke Manufacturing, A.G.C. Engineering, and Precise Forms, Inc. in Kansas City give him a well-rounded knowledge of the CAD industry. In addition to his experience, Curtis has also studied at Vatterott College and Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. At Vatterott College, he received a degree in Drafting and Design Technology in addition to receiving his AutoCAD certification, and at Missouri State University he studied for two years in Computer Applications. Curtis’ abilities in manufacturing design and wide knowledge of the CAD market make him a welcome addition to Team D3.
