D3 Acquires CADVisions' Autodesk Manfuacturing Interests in Kansas & Oklahoma

Springfield, Missouri - January 1, 2007 - D3 TECHNOLOGIES, the leader in Autodesk manufacturing solutions, announces the purchase of the Autodesk manufacturing interests from CADVisions of Dallas, Texas. Effective January 1, 2007, CADVisions will be referring their manufacturing clients in both Kansas and Oklahoma to D3, an Autodesk reseller that focuses entirely on the manufacturing industry. CADVisions will continue to focus their efforts within the Architectural and Civil industries in the two state area while maintaining their Autodesk manufacturing interests in Dallas, TX. Both D3 and CADVisions feel that this agreement will provide their customers and clients with the focus they need in their respective industries.
