AutoPOL for Windows is a software concept independent of any other CAD systems. It is used to design and unfold various kinds of sheet metal components. The whole concept is based on three different modules that together gives the most value, but can be run separately.

AutoPOL for Windows is meant to be a natural part of the productions chain, and is therefore adaptable to suit different types and brands of sheet metal machinery. Even though it's stand-alone, it has got direct links to Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks.

AutoPOL 8DT is a fully integrated application for design and unfolding of sheet metal components inside Mechanical Desktop. It contain commands to both design and unfold components. AutoPOL 8DT is compatible with Mechanical Desktop 4 and later.

AutoPOL 7 is a fully integrated application for design and unfolding of sheet metal components inside AutoCAD®. It contain commands to both design and unfold components. AutoPOL 7 is compatible with AutoCAD® 14 and later.
