Fusion Team - Is it Right for My Company?

There I was in his office, talking over Fusion Team and how important it was for all companies to be using it with Fusion 360.  I described the cons of not having a Fusion Team Hub, the benefits having it could add. "But why do they need it?" he asked again.  "Can't they still share files, even without it?"
